Speak Out

About the “Speak Out” service

At the end of March the Covid19 Assembly launched an audit into ALL official Covid deaths in the UK, overseen by pathologist Dr Clare Craig and her panel of medical experts and coroners, especially selected to ensure the audit achieves its stated goals.

The success of this venture depends upon the testimony of people employed in public and private service. To encourage those who may be apprehensive about coming forward the Covid19 Assembly is now offering free-of-charge* legal advice to support whistleblowers and protect them against any potential risks to their employment status.

This service, “Speak Out”, is also available to witnesses with information about ALL aspects of the government’s pandemic response, not just Covid death reporting.  Those willing to report Covid-related practices of concern within government departments, the NHS, care homes, the media, finance, regulation or enforcement agencies, are encouraged to come forward as a matter of urgency.

How it works

If you have information that you feel should be made public, please complete the form below. If you do not wish to use your real name for now please feel free to choose an alias.  At this point, do not give any information that can identify you or anyone else.

A Covid19 Assembly special advisor will respond as soon as possible by email to discuss your information, perceived risks and to advise on how to proceed. If we decide to proceed, your identity will be confirmed by our partner firm of employment solicitors. No Covid19 Assembly staff members will know your identity.

Your information is needed to establish the truth and restore confidence in our institutions. Please help us.

* Terms & Conditions

Professional legal advice will be given free-of-charge to eligible applicants at the start of their process.  However, some cases may go to litigation and costs (not covered by this scheme) may be incurred.  In such cases our legal team offers free advice on the best course of action and may be able to provide further pro bono services or help raise money to indemnify you before you decide whether or not to proceed. The Covid19 Assembly will take all necessary steps to avoid risk, worry and exposure.
